These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the contract (the Contract) between SFEL and each and every member relating to SFEL and to the draw (the Draw) for a prize (the Prize) as referred to below and may not be waived or amended unless clearly and expressly agreed by SFEL in writing. No other term, condition or representation shall form part of that contract unless clearly and expressly agreed by SFEL in writing.

The provision of goods and services by (Sports Fan Entertainment) is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, (Sports Fan Entertainment) will refund the client
in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. (If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods. Also mention guarantees, warranties, etc.)

These terms apply to the SFE competition and prize draw.
Changes to these terms can only be made by SFE in writing.
Entrants must be at least 18 years old and legally considered an adult in their place of residence.
Entrants must be physically and mentally competent to travel.
Entrants must be legally entitled to travel and able to benefit from the prize (the Trip).
Entrants must be legally allowed, under the laws of their home and the host country, to travel to and enter the host country.
SFE employees, consultants, and their relatives or family members cannot participate in the competition.
Entrants should not participate if they cannot afford to do so.
Multiple entries are allowed by upgrading the membership tier but not in any other way.
Using fake identities or identities of others for entry is prohibited.
Entrants must be registered with SFE, have received a Unique Identifying Number (UIN), and have their payment confirmed by SFE.
Entrants must provide truthful and complete information as required by SFE.
Entrants may need to pass certain tests imposed by SFE for the competition's responsible management or to avoid fraud.
There is no cash alternative for the prize.
Winners are responsible for any taxes due on the prize.
If a winner, they must obtain all necessary travel permits, authorizations, and visas to travel to and enter the host country.
The accompanying person for the winner must be either an adult or a child related to the winner.
Winners will be informed about the trip's itinerary, which is not guaranteed.
Winners must provide all necessary information as required by SFE related to the trip.
Winners will be informed about the rules and regulations they must follow during the trip.
If any member of the winner's party fails to meet the requirements or comply with the trip rules, the prize may be forfeited.
Behaviour & Conduct:
Entrants must cooperate with SFE's marketing requirements.
Any reference to SFE or the competition by entrants must be for personal use unless approved by SFE.
Social media use related to the prize must adhere to appropriate standards of behaviour.
Entrants must behave according to accepted standards, especially when in the host country, and follow directions from SFE.
Breaching the terms can result in prize withdrawal or trip termination without compensation.
Data & Privacy:
Entrants agree that SFE can use their details for marketing purposes, including using their names without compensation.
Entrants must keep their account details and passwords confidential.
Any disputes regarding eligibility or entitlements of a winner will be determined by SFE.
Service: SFE offers memberships for weekly draws.
Delivery: After payment, you'll receive a confirmation within 2 days.
For South Africans Only: If SFE can't provide the service, they'll refund you within 30 days. Cancelling orders incur a 10% fee.
Payment Methods: You can pay via major credit cards or bank transfers.
Transaction Security: Payments are securely processed with DPO PayGate.
Currency: All transactions are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Company's Responsibility: SFE oversees all transaction-related matters.
Legal Jurisdiction: This website and terms are governed by South African laws.
